Easy Find (operated by Freedom and the Squad Energy tech team) is an online marketplace connecting independent property agents with prospective renters, buyers, and guests. Easy Find is not a real estate agency, broker, developer, or owner of any listings.
We do not participate in, control, or take responsibility for any transactions, viewings, negotiations, lease agreements, or financial interactions between users and agents. Any dealings are strictly at your own risk.
Agents write their own descriptions and post their own photos. Because we can't physically visit every single listed property, always inspect places in person before making financial choices.
All property listings, descriptions, pictures, prices, location coordinates, amenities, and available dates are supplied entirely by independent third-party agents. Easy Find makes no warranties or representations regarding:
Our NIN verification checks that agents are real people, which helps reduce fraud. However, this doesn't guarantee their professional behavior or business honesty. Please do your own due diligence!
Easy Find provides a secure verification portal for agents (utilizing NIN, selfie, and biometrics via third-party service SileID). However, this security verification is solely to verify the identity of the individual agent to mitigate baseline fraud. It does not constitute:

We work hard to provide a great system, but the platform is offered "as is" without any legal guarantees of being online, error-free, or perfect at all times.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE EASY FIND PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FREEDOM EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ANY RELIANCE ON CONTENT, LISTINGS, OR INTERACTIONS WITH AGENTS IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We are not responsible for any financial loss, rental fraud, bad deals, offline accidents, or injuries that occur while visiting properties listed by independent agents.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FREESTYLETECHDESIGNER, EASY FIND, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
If your listings or misuse of the platform gets us sued or causes us legal costs, you agree to cover those legal fees and damages.
You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Find, Freedom, and its directors, employees, and licensing partners from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or debt, including legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, any properties you lease/buy/sell, any listings you post, or your violation of these Terms of Service.
All online payments are processed through secure channels(Paystack). Refund claims for cancellations must be resolved directly with the agent.
All payment transactions (such as boosting accounts or verification payment) are routed securely through licensed third-party processors (Paystack). Easy Find is not liable for gateway failures, chargebacks, or unauthorized cards. No refunds.
These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
These terms and any disputes arising directly from your use of the Easy Find platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any serious issue ever comes up, we agree to settle it peacefully through private, professional arbitration in Enugu, instead of going to court.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including its formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the venue of arbitration shall be Enugu, Nigeria. The proceedings shall be confidential and conducted in English.
Any disputes must be handled on an individual basis. You agree not to file or join group or class actions against us.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS OR ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST FREEDOM OR EASY FIND.
If an official arbitrator rules that one small sentence of this contract is invalid, all other parts of the terms still remain completely active and valid.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
